पर्यावरणाची काळजी घेणे आज काळाजी गरज बनली आहे. शेती सोडून इतर क्षेत्रात देखील अशा गोष्टी होताना दिसतात ज्याचा पर्यावरणावर चुकीचा परिणाम होतो. पर्यावरण कशामुळे बिघडते हे आपल्या सगळ्यांनाच माहिती आहे. परंतु त्यावर उपाय काय ते बघून तशी कृती करणे गरजेचे आहे. सगळ्याच क्षेत्रात वेगवेगळे उपाय आहेत जे आपण वापरात आणून पर्यावरणाचे होणारे नुकसान थांबवू शकतो. आपण सातत्याने हे बघत असतो कि काही प्रजाती या धोक्यात आहेत त्या वाचवल्या पाहिजेत. हे सगळे बघत असताना मनुष्यावर सुधा हि वेळ येईल कि काय... असा प्रश्न निर्माण होतो. हे टाळायचे असेल तर पर्यावरणाला वाचवणे गरजेचे आहे. कारण माणसाचे आयुष्य चांगले व निरोगी राहण्यासाठी वातावरण निरोगी असणे तेवढेच आवश्यक आहे. वातावरणाचा समतोल कुठेतरी आपल्यामुळेच बिघडलेला आहे व सुधारणेही आपल्याच हातात आहे. पर्यावरणाचा समतोल राखून आपण आपल्या पुढच्या पिढीला रोगमुक्त आयुष्य व निर्मळ चांगले वातावरण देवू शकतो. प्रत्येकाने ठरवले पाहिजे कि आपण पर्यावरणाला हानिकारक गोष्टी करणे टाळायचे व पर्यावरण पूरक गोष्टींचा वापर करायचा. असे करणे प्रत्येक व्यक्तीची जबाबदारी आहे याची जाणीव सर्वांना असावी. अश्या काही गोष्टींमधून आपण आपले पर्यावरण राखू शकतो.
