शेती एक अभ्यासक दृष्टिकोन

शेती जास्तीत जास्त पारंपारिक पद्धतीने केली जाते. काही ठिकाणी शेतीला आधुनिक वळण आले आहे परंतु सगळीकडेच आधुनिक पद्धतीने शेती करण्यास सुलभ झाले पाहिजे. असे तेव्हाच होऊ शकते जेव्हा शेतीकडे बघण्याचा उद्देश बदलेल व आपण शेतीकडे एक अभ्यासक दृष्टिकोनातून बघायला सुरुवात करू. म्हणजे कुठलेही पिक आपण नेहमीच घेतो म्हणून व त्याची आपल्याला माहिती आहे म्हणून पिके न घेता. सध्याची परिस्थिती म्हणजे जमीन, हंगाम, बाजारपेठ या सर्वांचा अभ्यास करून पिकांची लागवड केली पाहिजे. तसेच थोडे अभ्यासक याकडे बघितले पाहिजे म्हणजे एखादे असे पिक आहे जे आपल्याकडे चांगले येवू शकते. म्हणजे आपली जमीन जरीही चोपण, खडकाळ भागात किंवा कोरडवाहू, बागायती असली अशा कुठल्याही प्रकारच्या जमिनीत पिके येण्याचे प्रकारही वेगवेगळे आहेत. सर्वच पिके हि बागायती किंवा चांगल्या जमिनीतच येतात असे नाही. काही पिके असेही आहेत जे वेगवेगळ्या जमिनीत चांगला फायदा करून देतात. त्यानुसार माहिती घेवून लागवड केली पाहिजे. पारंपारिक पद्धतीने केल्या जाणाऱ्या शेतीस आधुनिकतेची जोड मिळाली व तरुण पिढीने याकडे व्यवसाय व एक संधी म्हणून बघितले तर लवकरच शेतीचे चांगले चित्र बघावयास मिळेल. आपला देश हा कृषी प्रधान देश आहे पण जर आपला शेतकरी सुखी नसेल तर कसे चालेल..... आपला शेतकरी जेव्हा सुखी व संपन्न होईल तेव्हा खऱ्या अर्थाने आपला देश प्रगती पथावर असेल. कारण आपला अन्नदाता सुखी राहील. आपला शेतकरी जेव्हा आत्महत्या थांबवेल तेव्हा खरा आपला देश सुखी होईल. यासाठी आपण सर्वांनीच शेतीला प्राधान्य दिले पाहिजे. अस कुणीच नाही ज्याला खायला लागत नाही, खायला सर्वांनाच लागते कुणी कितीही काहीही असले तरीही. शेती मध्ये सर्वात जास्त संधी दडलेल्या आहेत म्हणजे फक्त शेतकरी म्हणून नाही तर एक उद्योजक म्हणून सुद्धा. सर्वात जास्त नवीन व क्रांतिकारी बदल शेतात घडवले जावू शकतात. मागील शतकात शेतीशी निगडीत हरित क्रांती झाली. तसे आत्ताही एक नवीन क्रांतीची आवश्यकता आहे. ती म्हणजे आधुनिक शेती क्रांती जास्तीत जास्त आधुनिकतेचा शेतात वापर करावा म्हणजे अस नाही कि पारंपारिक सोडून द्यावे. अस न करता पारंपारिकतेला आधुनिकतेची झालर लावली पाहिजे. यामध्ये अनेक इंजीनीयर यांना संधी आहेत. त्यामध्ये शेतकरी लहान असो वा मोठा तो शेती करत असताना त्याला अनेक प्रकारच्या अडचणी येत असतात. त्यामध्ये अनेक अशा अडचणी असतात ज्याला जर काही यंत्र असले तर ते काम कमी वेळेत व कमी माणसांमध्ये केले जावू शकते. शेतकऱ्यांकडून माहिती घेवून किंवा शेतकऱ्यांनी आपली आवश्यकता बघून माहितीच्या देवाण घेवाण व गरजेनुसार नाविन्यपूर्ण यंत्राची निर्मिती घडू शकते. असे यंत्र जे सर्वांना उपयोगी व परवडणारे असेल अशी तंत्रज्ञान क्षेत्रात देखील नवीन क्रांती घडण्यास वाव आहे. मागणी तसा पुरवठा झाला तर शेतकरी व तंत्रज्ञानाची निर्मिती करणारा व्यापारी यात चांगली सांगड घातली जावून गरज पूर्ण करणाऱ्या व परवडणाऱ्या मालाची उत्पत्ती होऊ शकते. शेतकरी फक्त मजुरी म्हणून काम न करता तो एक परिपूर्ण शेतकरी उद्योजक बनला पाहिजे. शेती, शेतकरी व मजूर हे जेव्हा आपल्या देशातले सुखी होतील तेव्हा खऱ्या अर्थाने आपला देश सुखी व संपन्न झालेला असेल. आपल्या देशाची सर्वांगाने आर्थिक परिस्थिती हि उच्च ठिकाणी पोहोचलेली असेल. आर्थिक परिस्थिती सुधारण्यासाठी सर्वात मोठे ठिकाण आहे शेती ते आपले मूळ आहे. तिथे सुधार आणि चालना मिळाली तर सर्व गोष्टी उत्तम होण्यास मदत होईल. ज्यांना जमीन कमी आहे त्यामध्येही अनेक प्रकारच्या पिक पद्धती व आधुनिक गोष्टींचा उपयोग करून चांगले उत्पादन घेतले जावू शकते. कमी शेतीतील शेतकरी सुखी व समृद्ध होवू शकतो. सुरुवातीला थोडे अवघड नक्की वाटेल पण काही बदल घडवायचा असेल तर या सगळ्या गोष्टी करणे गरजेच बनते.
